Welcome and hello from earth! 

I have a store on another platform and decided to come join you over here at BrickOwl! 

I'm a builder like you! I know you have a lot of store choices to purchase your bricks from. I want to make your experience is beyond expectations. I will try my absolute best to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I'll get to the point so you can get building:

  • I don't have extra fees. Just close to the real shipping costs that I can calculate.

  • Shipping within the USA is First Class USPS mail (up to 15oz) which has a tracking number. Usually takes 3 - 5 business days but not guaranteed.

  • Shipping within the USA over 15 oz is USPS Priority Mail 1 - 3 day. USPS includes free 50 dollars insurance and tracking.

  • Packed and shipped within 24 hours. I strive for  same day if ordered before 12PM PST (except USPS Holidays and Sunday and large orders)

  • You will find all the store has to offer is fairly priced.

  • I seperate each lot into 2 mil bags. If you dont't want lots seperated, please attach note. *If order contains a lot of small lots, lots might be combined.

  • All Minifigures come in 4 mil bags for added protection

Note on used parts: These are used. Some will look new and some will show some wear, light scratching etc. The parts might have some color variations. I've done my best to take out the nicked ones and the heavily scratched. I sell bricks I would use in my builds. Used tiles and glass tend to dull from micro scratching. If you need shiny tiles consider brand new. 

Seller not responsible for orders after it is shipped such as loss or damage to the item(s) from shipping. USPS should be contacted and a report should be filed.
